Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or worn items
- Items not in original packaging
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal care products
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
