Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update.

Delays

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we are unable to make changes or guarantee reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Bumpello is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
